Our People Rock<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The true value in Aeris comes from two things: people and rocks.<\/p>\n

While our main business is copper, zinc and gold, we consider our people to be one of our most valuable resources.<\/p>\n

We are committed, hardworking, curious, productive, forward-thinking, problem-solving people and we know we are part of something great.<\/p>\n

Together we have created a workplace culture that is proactive, collaborative, results-based, and above all, respectful.<\/p>\n

This is our people power.<\/p>\n

And it creates a positive future for us, our stakeholders and our business.<\/p>\n

We are Aeris<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Aeris Resources employs around 1,000 people between our four mining operations in New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and corporate head office in Brisbane.<\/p>\n

At the corporate office, we maintain a lean team that allows us to be focused, agile and unified. At our mining operations, the majority of our people work where the action happens –\u00a0 onsite at the mine!<\/p>\n

Our operations are close to small communities and we believe employing locally is the best way to partner with and contribute to the communities in which we operate.<\/p>\n

It is important for our people to have quality time at home with their families and we work hard to make this happen as often as possible at each of our sites.<\/p>\n
