Aeris’ exploration strategy is primarily focussed on greenfields and brownfields exploration at both of its 100% owned assets – the Tritton Copper Operations and Cracow Gold Operations.

Some $13 million has been committed to exploration at Cracow during the first two years of Aeris’ ownership.  This exploration spend is aimed at extending the life of the mine through a combination of proving up additional Mineral Resources around the known orebodies whilst seeking new orebodies from greenfields exploration.

At Tritton, over 750,000 tonnes has been discovered to date, including the current mineral resource, on the tenement package. The northern half of the tenement package has been largely underexplored and this has been the major focus of exploration activities in recent years.  This has resulted in the recent discovery of the exciting Constellation deposit  (Constellation) in late 2020.

An extensive drilling program has now commenced at Constellation to better understand the size, mineral tenure and geometry of the deposit, with the aim being to accelerate the inclusion of Constellation into the Tritton Life of Mine Plan.has focused on drill testing the larger moving loop electromagnetic (MLTEM) plate which is currently believed to be open both down plunge and along strike to the South.

The Company is also conducting greenfields exploration at the Torrens iron-oxide copper-gold (IOCG) Project, located in South Australia. Torrens is a Joint Venture between Aeris (70%) and Kelaray Pty Ltd, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Argonaut Resources NL.
