Aeris is committed to providing opportunities for vacation students and graduates who will become possible future employees. To this end, two university students – Michaelyne Arumbi (from University of Tasmania) and Charles Mhizha (University of Western Australia) have spent the past six months working on site at our Tritton Copper Operations in FY2020.

Aeris’ Tritton Copper Operations near Nyngan in NSW is proud to support apprentices from our community to gain valuable real world experience within a number of different trades.
In January, we welcomed five new apprentices for 2020. They started their four-year training at the Tritton Copper Operations in the fields of Mobile Maintenance, Fixed Plant Maintenance, Electrical and Boilermaking.
We are proud to have been able to fill all vacant apprenticeship positions this year with talented and promising young applicants from our local community. We wish them a rewarding and safe experience at the Tritton Copper Operations.
The Tritton Copper Operations currently employs 15 apprentices and also supports existing employees with trade backgrounds in completing their dual trade apprenticeships.
